Explosion more likely than bull market in metals

GATA Chairman Bill Murphy predicts that there won't be another bull market in the metals because at some point, when the governments and central bank interventions fail, the markets will just explode. In the meantime, he adds, gold and silver are "the cheapest assets on the planet." He can't see why metals are as cheap as they are right now.
